3utools — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 3utools platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3utools platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3utools platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The 3utools platform is an online entertainment platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.
This platform is operated by 3utools to provide online entertainment services, including Sports Betting, casino games, E-Sports, and live matches. All services are offered in MYR (RM) and are intended for users in Malaysia.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 3utools services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 3utools will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform.
- Registration details must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
- Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
Permitted Platform Usage Guidelines
The 3utools platform is intended for personal and entertainment use only. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt platform operations, or to compromise the rights and security of other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3utools platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to breach security systems or access another user's data without authorisation.
- Distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or any form of financial deception.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through unauthorised means.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3utools platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The platform does not accept foreign currency transactions directly.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the payment page. 3utools is not responsible for any delays caused by issues on the part of your bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved.
- The wagering requirement for any bonus must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
- 3utools reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.
- Any taxes or charges applicable to winnings are solely the user's responsibility under Malaysian law.
The platform reserves the right to cancel or freeze any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering. In such cases, the platform will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. Your card or bank account details are not stored directly by the platform.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 3utools platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. 3utools does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure against cybersecurity threats.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 3utools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds, winnings, or opportunities resulting from system disruptions or technical errors.
- Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
- Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties, such as odds providers or sports data suppliers.
- Service disruptions resulting from scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
Users acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that use of the platform is entirely at their own risk. Users are encouraged to refer to the Responsible Gaming us.
Account Suspension, Closure & Policy
3utools reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Duplicate registrations or account misuse.
- Systematic abuse of promotions or bonuses.
- Requests from relevant authorities or court orders.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to identity verification.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 3utools platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of 3utools or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 3utools. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The 3utools brand name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of the platform and may not be used without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Term Amendments & Governing Law
The 3utools platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment providers. These links are provided for convenience, and 3utools is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
3utools reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal necessity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and, if necessary, referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
